The Peoples’ Advice Centre will be the first of its kind in Lagos State and even in Nigeria. Lagos State has an estimated population of over 15 million residents. Many of those are indigent. No doubt, there is a pressing need for an agency such as PAC and it is expected that the demand for its services will be extremely high.
